At Highcheetahs.com, each item is made to order. This means we begin processing your order shortly after it is placed. Because of this, we can only accept cancellations or modifications within a limited time frame.

Cancellation Window

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
After 12 hours, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

Order Modifications

We allow changes to:

Shipping address
Product size
Design or variant
Only if requested within 12 hours after your order is placed.

After the 12-hour processing period, we cannot guarantee any modification because the item may already be printed or prepared for shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address:

Contact us immediately
If the order has not shipped, we will update the address for free
If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address or refund the order
You may need to contact your local carrier directly for rerouting.

Orders Already in Production or Shipped

Once your order is:

In production or
Shipped

It cannot be canceled or modified.
This is because each item is custom printed just for you.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.
We will replace your item at no extra cost if the issue is confirmed.
